Scoring Updates


Transparent Messaging Around Score Availability

  • Value: We’ve updated how we communicate missing scores to be more specific and transparent — so you know what’s going on and what to do next.

  • Impact: Instead of the generic “Not Available” label, you’ll now see detailed messaging that explains why a score is missing. This helps differentiate between expected gaps (like missing a brand identifier when scoring against a branding criterion) and actual issues (like missing tags).

  • Users: Scoring Users

  • How to use it: Hover over a “missing score” message to see whether it’s due to expected behavior or something that needs your attention, like updating metadata.

Best Practice Criteria Refresh

  • Value: We’ve refreshed our best practice criteria across all supported channels to reflect the most up-to-date partner guidance.

  • Impact: You’ll now see more transparency around when a criterion is promoted to or demoted from best practices. This helps you stay aligned with evolving platform standards.

  • Users: Scoring Users

  • How to use it: Review your adherence breakdown in Scoring to see where changes have been made and what’s currently flagged as a best practice.

In-flight & Pre-flight Checks: Filter by Creative Adherence

  • Value: New filters make it easier to focus on creatives that fall below performance thresholds — whether live or about to launch.

  • Impact: You can now filter In-flight and Pre-flight Checks by adherence score (e.g., below 70%) to easily find assets that may need attention

  • Users: Scoring Users

  • How to use it: In your Checks view, use the new creative adherence filter to set a score threshold and isolate assets that fall below your benchmark

Insights Library Folders

  • Value: We’ve added a new left-side folder panel so you can keep insights organized by client, theme, or use case — without impacting team permissions. The left-side navigation has starred, drafted, and specific folders,

  • Impact: Create, nest, and manage folders easily. Folder counts and breadcrumb navigation make it simple to locate and access your insights — even across large teams.

  • Users: Analytic Users

  • How to use it: In the Insights Library, use the new side panel to create and organize folders. Use folder counts to quickly spot what’s inside.

Insights Library Create Flow

  • Value: Our updated create flow helps you move from raw data to story faster — with formatting tools and flexible content options.

  • Impact: Choose the exact KPIs and creative elements to inform your findings. Bold key points, attach creative examples, and build out recommendations — all without leaving the report view.

  • Users: Analytic users

  • How to use it: Click “Create Insight” in the Library and begin drafting directly in the editor. Use the toolbar to organize content, add visuals, and polish for delivery.

Save and Share Filtered Creative Manager Views

  • Value: You can now share Creative Manager views with filters saved — so everyone sees exactly what you intended.

  • Impact: Generate direct links that preserve your applied filters, creative sets, and view mode — making it easier to highlight wins, trends, or creative themes without screenshots or re-filtering.

  • Users: Analytic users

  • How to use it: Apply filters in Creative Manager, then use the share icon to copy a direct link to your saved view.

Streamline ad account connections: Optimizing Imports, Costs & Access

  • Value: We’ve optimized how ad accounts are linked and billed — giving you more visibility and cost efficiency.

  • Impact: Now, only ad accounts actively linked to a workspace are included in billing. This prevents low-priority accounts from consuming resources or impacting subscriptions.

  • Users: Organization & Workspace Admins

  • How to use it: Review linked accounts in your workspace settings to ensure only the necessary accounts are active. Unlinked accounts won’t impact billing or access.
