Platform Updates

New Navigation Bar

Value: A simpler, more intuitive way to move around Vidmob, organized around how you actually work.

Impact: The navigation bar has been reorganized around the creative intelligence loop of monitoring performance, scoring creative, and building strategy. Element Impact now sits alongside Campaign Manager in a Monitor group, Pre-test and Guidelines are grouped together under Score, and Support now has its own dedicated home, separate from Maddie.

Users: All Vidmob users.

How to use it: The new navigation is live automatically — just log in and explore the updated groupings.

Analytics Updates

New Purchase KPIs: TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat

Value: Track purchase conversions across more of your channels, right alongside your other performance metrics.

Impact: Three new purchase-conversion KPIs are now available: TikTok Purchase, which reports total unique purchase conversions attributed to TikTok ads; Meta Offline Purchases, covering purchases made offline (such as in-store or by phone) and attributed to Meta ads; and Snap Purchase, covering purchase conversions attributed to Snapchat ads.

Users: Customers with TikTok, Meta, or Snapchat purchase conversion data connected.

How to use it: These KPIs are now selectable anywhere you choose KPIs in reporting, provided the relevant conversion data is connected.

Rich Media Display Banner Support

Value: Get creative scoring and reporting on your CM360 rich media display banners, instead of a reporting blind spot.

Impact: Vidmob now supports Rich Media Display Banners served through Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), delivered via your existing DV360 connection. These interactive HTML5 display ads were previously skipped entirely; they're now ingested, scored, and included in reporting.

Users: Customers running Rich Media Display Banners through CM360 with a connected DV360 account.

How to use it: No action needed — Rich Media Display Banners are automatically picked up through your existing DV360 connection.

DV360 KPI Naming Update

Value: KPI names that match what you see directly in DV360, so there's no guessing which metric is which.

Impact: Three DV360 KPIs were retired in favor of updated equivalents that align with DV360's own naming: CPM is now Media Cost eCPM, CPC is now Media Cost eCPC, and Cost per Video Completion is now Video Media Cost eCPCV.

Users: Customers running DV360 campaigns.

How to use it: Look for the renamed KPIs anywhere you previously used the retired versions in your KPI picker.
