Scoring Updates

Improved CTA Detection

Value: More accurately identify calls-to-action across your creative, so you can trust CTA performance data.

Impact: Vidmob moved from a rigid, list-based approach to a more flexible model for detecting calls-to-action, allowing it to recognize CTAs across a wider range of creative executions and formats. This applies to new media going forward.

Users: All customers using CTA-related creative elements or guidelines.

How to use it: No action needed - this applies automatically as new media is scored.

Key Messaging

Value: Understand not just what your creative looks like, but what it's actually saying, and whether that message lines up with brand strategy.

Impact: Two new creative attributes are now available: Key Message, which identifies the primary messages conveying a brand or product's core values and benefits, and Key Messaging Summary, a concise synthesis of the core ideas and themes in a piece of creative. Together, these make it possible to evaluate messaging consistency, see what's resonating, and connect creative intent to performance outcomes.

Users: All customers, visible wherever creative element data appears, such as the Element Impact report.

How to use it: No action needed — Key Message and Key Messaging Summary are generated automatically for new media.

Analytics Updates

Floodlight Export & Dashboard Improvements

Value: More precise, more complete Floodlight data wherever you're looking at it, whether that's a CSV export or a dashboard.

Impact: Floodlight metric values now export with full decimal precision, so smaller conversion rates are no longer rounded down to zero. Floodlight activities, previously available only in standard performance reports, are now also available in widget-based dashboards, and we extended the same improvement to Meta custom conversion events.

Users: DV360 and Meta customers using performance reports, CSV exports, or widget-based dashboards.

How to use it: No action needed — Floodlight and custom conversion metrics are automatically available wherever performance data is shown.

Cost Per Floodlight Activity

Value: See not just how many Floodlight conversions your creative drove, but how efficiently.

Impact: A new Cost Per Conversion metric is now available at the individual Floodlight activity level (for example, a distinct Cost per Purchase or Cost per Sign-Up), making it possible to compare efficiency across different conversion goals rather than only relative volume.

Users: Customers running DV360 campaigns.

How to use it: Available now across all performance reports and widget-based dashboards wherever Floodlight KPIs appear.

Platform Updates

Ad Account Connection Reliability

Value: Clearer visibility into the health of your connected ad accounts, so data gaps get caught and explained faster.

Impact: Connecting an ad account now reliably kicks off data import every time. When an import fails, you'll see a clear reason, such as expired credentials or a permissions issue, instead of data simply looking stale with no explanation. A new automated daily health check also proactively flags accounts that are stuck, failed, or suspended.

Users: All customers with connected ad accounts.

How to use it: No action needed — these are automatic reliability improvements to ad account connections and data imports.
