Value: Automatically get pointed to the most useful insights in a report, without needing to know to ask for help.

Impact: Maddie, Vidmob's AI assistant, now starts a conversation on its own the first time you land on a report page in a session, offering to help answer “How do I get value out of this report?” This makes Maddie's capabilities easier to discover, from explaining a report to suggesting next steps, without requiring you to open the Maddie panel first. Maddie is designed to open once per session; if you have multiple report tabs open at once, you may see the prompt more than once.

Users: All users viewing Vidmob reports.

How to use it: No setup needed. Maddie will proactively open the first time you visit a report page each session. You can also open the Maddie panel manually at any time.
