Platform Updates
A New Navigation Experience
Value: Move through the platform more naturally with a new navigation experience built around how you actually work.
Impact: The redesigned navigation introduces a more cohesive, workflow-based experience organized around Assets, Analysis, and Excellence. Users now land on their most recently viewed dashboard instead of an empty landing page, helping them see value immediately and pick up where they left off. The updated structure also reduces clicks and creates a more connected experience across the platform. As part of this redesign, key experiences have been reorganized, including Preflight Checks now living under Pre-Test, Analytics and Scoring Reports now existing in one unified reporting experience, Asset Locker now living within Studio, and new quick links in the workspace switcher for inviting team members and connecting ad accounts.
Users: All Users
How to use it: The updated navigation is now part of the standard platform experience. Use the left-hand menu to move between asset-level workflows, reporting and analysis, and action-oriented experiences like guidelines and creative development. Your most recently viewed dashboard will serve as your starting point when you return to the platform.

Scoring Updates
Guideline Weights
Value: Assign different levels of importance to guidelines so overall scores better reflect what matters most to your business.
Impact: Guideline Weights allow users to move beyond treating every guideline equally by assigning weight points to each one. Any overall score that rolls up multiple guidelines — including channel scores, group scores, asset scores, many reports, and dashboard widgets — will now reflect those weights. This helps teams align scoring more closely to brand priorities, emphasize high-impact best practices like early branding or product visibility, and reduce noise from lower-priority checks. Maddie can also help users understand and recommend how to set weights.
Users: Scoring Users, Scoring Managers, Admins Managing Guidelines
How to use it: When creating a guideline, assign weight points in the setup flow. You can also edit weights directly in the guideline table, where you’ll see both weight points and weight distribution. The platform will automatically apply those weights wherever multiple guidelines are combined into an overall score. To make a guideline optional, assign it a weight of zero.

Prominence in Creative Scoring
Value: Ensure important elements are not just present in your creative, but prominent enough to actually be noticed.
Impact: A new Only count prominent elements toggle is now available when building or editing applicable Creative Scoring guidelines. With this enabled, elements must be both detected and sufficiently prominent — based on factors like size and placement — in order to count toward a passing score. This gives users more control over how strictly key elements such as logos or branding are evaluated and helps focus scoring on elements that truly stand out to viewers. Prominence can also help reduce noise in individual creative views by filtering to the elements most likely to be noticed.
Users: Scoring Users
How to use it: When creating or editing an applicable guideline, enable the Only
count prominent elements toggle. Once enabled, creatives will only pass if the selected element is both present and sufficiently prominent. In individual creative views, users can also filter down to prominent elements to better understand what is most visible in the asset.

Safe Zone Overlays in Individual Creative View
Value: Review where platform UI may cover key creative elements before your asset goes live.
Impact: Safe Zone Overlay is now available in individual asset review for both pre-flight and in-flight checks. This feature helps users visualize the areas where platform UI elements such as buttons, comments, or captions may overlap with creative content. Based on the asset’s aspect ratio, the platform suggests relevant placements and allows users to assess whether logos, branding, products, or other important elements fall inside unsafe areas. This helps teams proactively reduce avoidable rework and better protect critical elements before launch.
Users: Scoring Users, Creative Reviewers, Creative Teams
How to use it: In the individual creative view of a pre-flight or in-flight check, toggle on Safe Zone to display the overlay. Select one of the suggested placements based on the asset’s aspect ratio to review where platform UI may appear and determine whether important elements are safely positioned.
