If you're encountering a warning about missing data while viewing a report, it indicates that we cannot provide performance metrics for all the creative based on the selected filters.

This usually occurs when the report includes results across different ad types that have varying levels of support for criteria scores due to limitations on the data returned from the API.

Note: An example of such ad types is those with multiple creative (such as dynamic creative or auto-placement), where data is returned at the creative level instead of the ad level.

You may encounter this warning due to the following reasons:

A filter is applied that does not have performance data for all creative

Ad types with multiple creatives do not support placement-level filtering. Therefore, if you apply a placement filter in the Adherence Reports, the report will not return criteria scores for those ad types.

You are on a report that does not have performance data for all creative

Ad types with multiple creatives do not support creative-level data. Consequently, if you are viewing the Adherence Reports, the report will exclude creative-level data for those ad types.
