We’re committed to continually improving your reporting experience, and we’re excited to share an important update that will help you gain clearer and more actionable insights from your data. As part of this enhancement, we are updating how your reports display and filter data, specifically separating pre-flight and in-flight data into distinct views.

What’s Changing?

Previously, your reports allowed you to view both pre-flight and in-flight data together. Moving forward, we are shifting to a more focused approach which will allow you to select whether you’re interested in analyzing pre-flight or in-flight data.. This change is designed to give you more precise insights and help you better understand the performance of your campaigns at different stages.

Why Is This Happening?

The goal of this update is to enhance the clarity and usefulness of your reports. By separating pre-flight and in-flight data, you’ll be able to drill down into each stage of your campaigns with greater detail and make more informed decisions based on specific phases of your marketing efforts.

How Does This Affect Your Existing Reports?

We understand that many of our clients rely on historical reports that contain both pre-flight and in-flight data. To ensure you continue to have access to this valuable information, we will maintain the original view for any reports created before this update. These reports will still display both types of data as they did before, using the old filtering options.

However, it’s important to note that while you can still view these reports with their original filtering capabilities, they will only be available until November 1st. After this date, the reports will be deleted. Additionally, while you can view these reports as they were originally saved, certain actions will be restricted: you won’t be able to save a new view, duplicate the report, or share/copy a URL.

If you attempt to modify the filters before November 1st, you’ll receive a warning informing you that changing the filter will update the report to show only the selected scorecard type—either pre-flight or in-flight—and this change cannot be undone.

Accessing Historical Reports

When you open a historical report, you will see the following message:

Heads Up! This Report View is Being Upgraded

To help you gain richer insights, we're enhancing your reporting experience by offering separate insights for pre-flight and in-flight analysis. You can still access this report view until November 1st. You can proceed with the old view now, or create a new report using the latest features.

What Are Your Options?

  • Continue Using the Old View: If you prefer to view your historical data as it was originally presented, you can continue using the old view until November 1st, after which these reports will no longer be accessible in their original format.

  • Create New Report: We encourage you to start using the new reporting features to take full advantage of the enhanced clarity and insights they offer. Creating new reports will allow you to explore your data in a more focused way, either by pre-flight or in-flight stage.
