This tooltip enhancement provides clear explanations for why a creative receives an NA score, helping you determine whether this outcome is expected or if further action is needed. Understanding these reasons ensures you can make informed decisions and, if necessary, escalate concerns to support.

How It Works

Each NA score scenario provides insight into why a score wasn’t determined. Below is a breakdown of the different reasons for NA scores and how to interpret them:

New Criteria Added After Scoring

Rescore Needed

A new scoring rule was introduced after the media was last scored.

Rescore the media to ensure all current criteria are applied.

Note: For Pre-Flight reports, you can manually rescore the process whenever you're ready. For In-Flight reports, the system handles it for you automatically on a set schedule—no action needed on your end.

Model Rejected Media Due to Format Issues

Not Applicable

The file format does not meet the platform’s technical specifications.

Ensure the media adheres to format requirements before uploading.

Missing Tags - Media Predates Model Release

Missing Data

The scoring model wasn’t in place when the media was uploaded.

Consider re-uploading media to generate updated tags.

Media Too Old for Tag Retrieval

Missing Data

Historical media do not contain the necessary data for scoring.

Use more recent media for evaluation.

Missing Brand Identifiers

Missing Data

A brand identifier is required for scoring certain criteria.

Assign a brand identifier in Criteria Management.

Race Condition Preventing Organization Criteria Scoring

Missing Data

A system timing conflict caused criteria to be skipped.

Rescore the media to trigger evaluation.

Error Generating Required Tags

Processing Issue

A temporary system error disrupted tag generation.

Wait for automatic resolution or contact support.

Media Failed Content Recognition Processing

Processing Issue

The content recognition system failed to process the media.

Wait 12 hours for reprocessing or contact support.

Scoring Timeout for Long/Complex Media

Processing Issue

The scoring process timed out due to media complexity.

Consider optimizing media length or complexity.

Media Annotation API Overload

Processing Issue

High platform demand caused tag retrieval failures.

Retry later or contact support if necessary.

Scoring System Backlog

Processing Issue

A high volume of media is being processed.

Wait for system processing to complete.

Ad Account Disconnected

Access Issue

The system cannot retrieve tags due to a disconnected ad account.

Reconnect the ad account.

Media Upload Failure

Access Issue

The media was not fully uploaded due to connection issues.

Re-upload the media with a stable connection.

How to Use This Information

  • Rescore Media When Necessary: If new criteria were introduced after the last scoring, rescoring ensures media is evaluated correctly.

  • Review Criteria Applicability: Check the creative type settings in Criteria Management to confirm if a criteria applies to your media.

  • Troubleshoot Processing Issues: If a processing issue occurs, determine if it will resolve automatically or requires support intervention.

  • Maintain Proper Media Formatting: Ensure uploaded media meets format requirements to avoid model rejection.

  • Keep Ad Accounts Connected: If using in-flight scoring, verify that your ad accounts remain active and connected to prevent access issues.

By understanding the possible causes for "Not Available" scores, you can confidently assess your creative scoring results, take appropriate action when needed, and minimize unnecessary troubleshooting. If you have any questions or need further assistance, contact support for guidance.
