To successfully connect, the user connecting the ad account must have the following role:
Admin user with permissions to Campaign Manager and Report Center
Connecting Amazon DSP? Use this same flow — the Amazon Advertising card covers both. DSP profiles appear in their own section at the profile-selection step. For the DSP-specific requirements and supported countries, see How do I connect my Amazon DSP Profile? (Beta)
Step 1: Sign in to Vidmob - Creative Studio
Go to Vidmob - Creative Studio and sign in.
Step 2: Click your workspace icon/name and select Connect Ad Accounts.
Step 3: Select the Amazon Advertising card to connect accounts through by clicking on any of the platform cards displayed.
Step 4: Go to the Manage Accounts Tab
Connect to Amazon Advertising by clicking "Sign In".
Enter your Amazon Advertising Profile details.
Please be sure the email address with the below permissions is the same email address you use to access Creative Studio
Step 5: Click the Manage Accounts tab
Identify the profiles you want to connect to Creative Analytics by selecting the checkboxes and clicking "Save".
Note: Profiles are separated into DSP and Sponsored Ads sections. If you are connecting DSP profiles, check the requirements and supported countries in How do I connect my Amazon DSP Profile? (Beta)
Note: Don't forget to click Save!
To disconnect an ad account, click the "Disconnect" button on the account card.
Then confirm by clicking "Disconnect" once more.
