We can surface The Trade Desk images and videos that originated from various ad servers. To enable this functionality, you must connect the DV360 ad account using a user with at least ad trafficking permissions, along with read-only access to ads and creatives within CM360.
⚠️ Limitation on Historical Media Ingestion:
VidMob can only ingest historical media (for example, creatives trafficked before the TTD connection) when the ad server is CM360 and the user grants VidMob permission through the DV360 integration card using an account with CM360 access.
For all other ad servers (such as Innovid), VidMob cannot ingest historical assets. Only media trafficked after the connection date will populate in the platform.
Connection Flow
To successfully connect on the VidMob platform, the user connecting the ad account must have at least one of the following roles: (Please be sure the email address with the below permissions is the same email address you use to access Creative Studio.)

To obtain a API Token, the process is divided into two phases:
Initial Setup: Please contact your Trade Desk Technical Account Manager (TAM) to establish the necessary API connection.
Token Creation: Once the connection is set up, you can generate the token yourself. Navigate to the Developer Portal, select your User Profile menu (top-right), and choose the Manage API Tokens option to access the interactive UI.

Important Note: The long-lived token is sensitive information. Treat it like a password and do not share it with unauthorized personnel.
Step 1: Sign in to VidMob - Creative Studio
Step 2: Go to “Organizations” > “App Store” > click on “The Trade Desk” card
Step 3: Click “Connect” and enter the long-lived API token
Note: VidMob only uses a client’s ad account access to download creatives and performance metrics. This allows our tool to show you how creative elements in those ads are impacting performance.
Step 4: After entering your credentials, select the Partner and Advertisers from which you want to retrieve data
Note: Don’t forget to click Save!
To disconnect an ad account, press the "Disconnect" button provided on the account's card.
Note on historical data: By default, newly connected ad accounts begin collecting data from the connection date onward. Historical performance imports are not automatically enabled for all organizations. Up to ~13 months of historical performance data may be available based on your contract scope — please contact your Account Manager if you need historical data imported.
Please note: Historical media ingestion limitations for The Trade Desk integrations still apply based on the ad server configuration described above.
Then confirm by clicking "Disconnect" once more.
