How do I connect my Amazon DSP Profile? (Beta)

All you need to know about how to connect an Amazon DSP Profile

Important: Please ensure you are in the correct Organization/Workspace before starting the connection process. For more information on how to do this, please check out this Help Center article: How do I switch between my Organizations & Workspaces?

To successfully connect, the user connecting the ad account must have the following role:

  • Admin user with permissions to Campaign Manager and Report Center

Please note: Amazon’s DSP API is in Beta, and it supports the following countries:

  • Brazil (BR), Canada (CA), Mexico (MX), United States (US), United Arab Emirates (AE), Germany (DE), Spain (ES), France (FR) , India (IN), Italy (IT), Netherlands (NL), Sweden (SE), Turkey (TR), United Kingdom (UK), Australia (AU), Japan (JP), South Africa (SA).


Step 1: Sign in to VidMob


Step 2: Go to "Quick Links" > "Integrations" > click on "Amazon Advertising" platform card


Step 3: Sign in to Amazon Advertising and complete the authorization flow

Please be sure the email address with the below permissions is the same email address you use to access Creative Studio

  • Connect to Amazon Advertising by clicking “Sign In”.

  • Enter your Amazon Advertising Profile details.

Please note: Role requirements for DSP are “Admin with Edit permissions to Campaign manager and Report center.” More information here.


Step 4: Click the Manage Accounts tab

  • Identify the Profiles that you would like connected to Creative Analytics by selecting the checkboxes and clicking “Save”.

Please note: Profiles will be separated into DSP and Sponsored Ads sections.

Note: Don’t forget to click Save!


To disconnect an ad account, press the "Disconnect" button provided on the account's card.

Then confirm by clicking "Disconnect" once more.
