Understanding the New Vidmob Navigation (Beta)

What is the new navigation?

The new Vidmob navigation is a streamlined way to move through the platform based on how you typically work — from pre-test, to analysis, to creative excellence.

Instead of organizing features by individual products, the navigation now mirrors common creative and campaign workflows. Related tools live together, labels are clearer, and features are easier to find.

No features were removed — everything has been reorganized, and your access and subscriptions remain unchanged.

The new navigation is currently available as a beta experience, and you can switch back to Classic navigation at any time.


What’s changed?

Unified Scoring and Analytics

Scoring and Analytics are no longer accessed through separate navigation paths. Instead, both live within shared workflows while still respecting your subscription and workspace access.

Reports

All Scoring and Analytics reports now live in one place.

To access reports:

  • Navigate to Reports

  • View all available reports from a single list

Pre-flight Checks

Pre-flight checks are now located under Pre-test.

Creative Studio

Several features now live within Creative Studio:

  • Project chat: Select Creative Studio, open a project, and use the chat option in the top right.

  • Asset Locker: Open Creative Studio and select the Asset Locker tab.

Guidelines and score change requests

If you have Scoring Manager access:

  • Navigate to Guidelines

  • Use the option in the top right to submit score change requests

Organization and workspace settings

To access organization or workspace settings:

  1. Click your workspace name under the Vidmob logo

  2. Select View all settings

Subscription-gating modals

If you don’t have access to certain Scoring or Analytics features, you may see subscription-gating modals when you try to access those areas.

How gating works:

  • Scoring access is evaluated based on your current workspace

  • Analytics access is evaluated across all workspaces

  • Workspace-level subscription rules are unchanged

Each modal includes a call to action that directs you to Support Chat.


Why does my navigation look different?

During the beta period:

  • You can opt in or out of the new navigation

  • Your teammates may be using a different navigation version

  • Navigation visibility may vary based on your subscription access


Where can I switch navigation versions?

You can switch between classic navigation and the new navigation at any time from the navigation controls.
