Keep your account even more secure by adding 2-step authentication — also known as two-factor authentication (2FA) — when you log in. This helps us verify it's you. You can set this up when you first create your VidMob account.

If you've already created an account, add this extra layer of protection at your "Profile" page.

There are two ways to get to the Profile page. The fastest way is to use the “Browse apps” section on the home page.

Alternatively, you can click into the “Profille settings” app at the top of the home page.

In this tab, you'll see the two-step authentication on the right side. Toggle it on to activate.

Once toggled on, a pop up will appear. You’ll be asked to scan the QR code that appears using an authenticator app and add the code generated by the app.

If you don’t have an app for this we recommend using Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Apple Inbuilt Authentication. You can download it for iPhone or Android.

Use your authenticator app to generate a new code each time you log in.

Hint: if your account is also protected with single sign on (SSO), you'll no longer need to go through 2-step authentication. Please check if this is available for your account.
