How do I invite a team member to my VidMob workspace?

Building out your team in VidMob takes just a few minutes.

Once you've logged in to the VidMob platform, click on to the "Organization" icon on the home page.

Under your Organization, you will find the "Workspaces" on the left-hand navigation.

Select the relevant workspace you would like to invite new members to.

To add a new team member, click “Invite members” in the top right-hand corner.

Invite others to your team by adding their email or you can search for the name of a team member who already has an existing account in VidMob. You can add multiple emails at once.

Then select the permissions and role you'd like each person to have:

Admin: Admins can manage this workspace, its members, access apps, link ad accounts to workspaces.

Scoring Manager: Scoring Managers can manage this workspace, its members, access apps, link ad accounts to workspaces, and override Scoring results.

Standard: Standards can view details for this workspace, and access its apps.

Click "Invite" and your new team members will receive e-mails to join!

If you are looking to change the role or remove someone from a workspace, click on the 3 dots next to their name and either "Change Role" or "Remove from workspace".

Please note: Only Admins or Managers can change a role or remove a member of a workspace.


How your team members will receive the invite

  • New members to the organization will receive only one email invitation, regardless of how many workspaces they are initially invited to.

  • Existing platform members invited to new workspaces won't receive an email and will automatically gain access to that new workspace
