US creator

For US creators, use a 1099-NEC form.

Your 1099-NEC has or will be emailed to you through a platform called TRACK1099. Included in the email is a link where you can download your 1099-NEC. Please check your inbox for this email, including your spam box.

NON-US creator (Individual)

For NON-US creators (individuals), use a W-8BEN form.


A creator who lives outside the US needs to declare taxes. To do this, fill out a W-8BEN form. Here are further instructions.

For a NON-US creator entity, use a W-8BEN-E form.
