How do I associate my ad account with our industry to get access to normative insights?

Adding Industry Labels to your ad accounts ensures you get more accurate and meaningful data across VidMob’s platform. Properly labeling your ad accounts with Industry Labels is essential to unlocking the full potential of VidMob’s platform.

These labels improve the quality of data reporting, giving you the clarity you need to optimize your campaigns and measure success.


How to Label Ad Accounts with Industry Information

Head to your organization and navigate to Integrations and then select Manage.

  • Note: Only Organization Admins and Workspace Admins can access this page.

Locate and select the ad account(s) you want to label.

Assign the following labels:

  • Industry Group (e.g., Retail, Technology).

  • Industry (e.g., Apparel, Software).

  • Sub-Industry (e.g., Footwear, SaaS).

Note: Industry Labels follow a parent-child structure. For example, the options for Industry depend on the selected Industry Group. Each ad account can only be associated with one Industry selection. If your account includes multiple industries or sub-industries, please choose the most applicable parent industry.

After assigning a label, it will appear in the corresponding column. To make changes, simply click on the label, and a dropdown menu will appear.

Note: If you update an industry label, all associated child labels will be automatically cleared and will need to be reassigned.
