Important: Please ensure you are in the correct Organization before starting the connection process. For more information on how to do this, please check out this Help Center article: How do I switch between my Organizations & Workspaces?
To successfully connect, the user connecting the ad account must have at least one of the following roles: (Please be sure the email address with the below permissions is the same email address you use to connect the account in the VidMob platform.)
Account Manager
Campaign Manager
Creative Manager
Viewer
If you are connecting an account that has media in it that originated on a LinkedIn Page, you must have at least one of the following roles on the relevant LinkedIn Page
Super Admin
Content Admin
Sponsored Content Poster
Please note: A Super Admin can add additional Super Admins or Content Admins.
Step 1: Sign in to VidMob
Step 2: Click on your workspace icon/name and select the Connect Ad Accounts option.
Step 3: Select the DV360 card to connect accounts through by clicking on any of the platform cards displayed.
Click on Sign in with Google.
Enter your LinkedIn account details.
Click “Allow” to grant VidMob permission to manage your campaigns.
Note: VidMob only uses these permissions to download creatives it's data on your behalf and we cannot make edits in your ads manager. Step 4: Go to Manage Accounts tab
Identify the ad accounts that you would like connected to Creative Analytics by selecting the checkboxes and clicking “Save”.
Note: Don’t forget to click Save!
To disconnect an ad account, press the "Disconnect" button provided on the account's card.
Then confirm by clicking "Disconnect" once more.
