We can surface DV360 HTML, Images and Video that originated from CM360. In order to do this, you will need to connect the DV360 ad account to have a minimum of ad trafficking permission along with read-only access to ads, creatives and placements on the CM360 side.
To successfully connect, the user connecting the ad account must have at least one of the following roles: (Please be sure the email address with the below permissions is the same email address you use to access Creative Studio.)

Step 1: Sign in to VidMob
Step 2: Click on your workspace icon/name and select the Connect Ad Accounts option.
Step 3: Select the DV360 card to begin connecting your ad accounts.
Click on Sign in with Google.
First screen: Select the Google email address that is linked to your DV360 Ad Accounts.
Second screen: Click “Allow” at the bottom to allow the platform to connect your ad accounts. VidMob only requests the minimum permissions required to connect and import data from your ad accounts.
Is VidMob able to edit or adjust campaigns in connected ad accounts?
Rest assured, VidMob only uses a client’s ad account access to download creatives and performance metrics. This allows the platform to analyze how creative elements impact media performance.
Step 4: Click "Manage Accounts" > "Manage Partner IDs".
To find your partner ID head to https://displayvideo.google.com and log in to your account.
Locate the number at the end of the browser URL. Copy and paste that number into the partner ID field in Creative Studio and click “Connect”.
Pro tip: It’s typically around 7-digits.
Step 5: Go to the "Manage Accounts" tab. Identify the ad accounts (Advertisers) that you would like connected to Creative Analytics by selecting the checkboxes and clicking “Save”. In DV360, ad accounts are referred to as “Advertisers.”
Note: Don’t forget to click Save!
To disconnect an ad account, press the "Disconnect" button provided on the account's card.
Note on historical data: By default, newly connected ad accounts begin collecting data from the connection date onward. Historical performance imports are not automatically enabled for all organizations. Up to ~13 months of historical data may be available based on your contract scope — please contact your Account Manager if you need historical data imported.
Then confirm by clicking "Disconnect" once more.
Note: When multiple users connect the same DV360 ad account to Vidmob, we now intelligently import accounts based on users with the most permissions.
Here’s how it works:
We check all users in the organization that have connected the ad account, and we identify the user with the most permissions, such as CM360 access, to capture the most data possible upon import of that ad account.
