Depending on the settings of your Facebook business’s account you may have to use 2-step authentication (2FA) security measures in-order to connect your Facebook ad account to VidMob.
If your Facebook business account requires 2FA, then it must be activated on individual accounts to successfully authorize an ad account connection to Creative Intelligence.
What if my Facebook account doesn’t successfully connect or gets disconnected in Creative Analytics due to a 2FA error?
To resolve this issue, sign into your FB account, enable 2FA, and then re-connect your ad account to Creative Analytics.
