VidMob wants to ensure that every project is informed with insights so that you can build intelligent creative. Insights that are added to your brief will be used by your creative team to develop the final creative outputs.

There are two ways to include insights in production projects:

  • You want to add an insight while in the process of developing a new brief

  • You are inspired to start a project from new insights you uncover


To add insights while developing a new project brief, please see the below for instructions:

Head to your active projects. In the brief tab, you will see a “Creative Insights” section. Click on ‘Add Creative Insights’.

Add insights from your brand, channel or industry to help guide the rest of your brief inputs

Pro Tip - if you ‘heart’ an insight in the Insights Library or Insights Widget, it will appear first when you are looking to add an insight to a project.

Add relevant insights to the project that align with the brief & assets before it is kicked off into production to ensure they can be effectively actioned.


To start a new project based on new insights you discover, please see the below instructions:

Use the filters to select relevant insights in the Insights Library for an upcoming project and click ‘Add to Project’

Option 1: Attach Insights to a New Project.

This will bring you to a new project create flow where the insight will automatically be attached to your new project

Option 2: Attach Insight to Existing Project - select the project(s) you wish to attach insights to

Once you have successfully added your insight(s) to the project, you will see a notification at the top of the platform.

To keep the brief clear and concise, we recommend only adding a maximum of 3 insights per project.

Add relevant insights to the project that align with the brief & assets before it is kicked off into production to to ensure they can be effectively actioned.
