Anyone using the VidMob platform has direct access to Customer Support. Chat Support enables anyone using the platform to directly submit their own support requests and reach a VidMob specialist.
Access to Chat Support means:
There’s no need to schedule a meeting or draft up an email to ask a question.
You will receive a response within the 9 - 5 EST business day.
You will have access to and be able to track your support request until the question or bug is resolved. Or we’ll let you know if your question resulted in a feature request that will impact our product roadmap.
You have access to VidMob’s Help Center for immediate answers, which is available to anyone logged into their VidMob account.
How to use Chat Support:
If you are logged into acs.vidmob.com, open the blue Help menu in the bottom right and click “Chat with Support” (see below image). This will be your fastest path to answers. Don’t worry - if you start a Chat and then close your browser, answers will go right to your email.
As a secondary option, you can email email@example.com.
Either way, you will have direct access to a VidMob specialist Mon-Fri, 9-5 EST.
