Key Data is synced with Creative Analytics reports and may not remain static over time. Below are two reasons why your key data might have changed from what you previously saw:

  • VidMob runs daily ad account re-imports that pull in new data within an account so it is possible that VidMob's Creative Analytics is recognizing new metrics associated with a KPI

    • These re-imports pull in the previous 2 weeks in the ad account

  • VidMob has made a product change that impacts how we are representing metrics in the platform
