First, make sure you are logged into the Creative Automation platform at https://ca.vidmob.com.
You can access "DAM" (Digital Asset Management) via the side menu on the left side of your browser or by clicking "Go to My Files" in the Dashboard.
Inside the "DAM", make sure you are in "My Files". This is where all the folders, assets, and files generated by the platform are located.
Template ID
This area contains all the templates installed in your account. To access the Template Identifier, click on the icon and you will be able to copy this code to your clipboard.
