To regain access to your account once you have forgotten your password, click on "forgot your password" on the Creative Automation Platform when logging in.
Then fill in the email field with your user email and click the "reset my password" button.
You will receive an automatic email with a verification code to create a new password for your account.
A new password recovery form will appear on the platform. Fill in all the fields and enter the verification code with the number you received by email. Then type in your new password, and finally click "reset my password".
