Email notifications help you stay on top of your project’s progress when you’re not on the platform. To ensure you’re only getting the notifications you care most about, you can customize your email notification preferences to receive all, some, or none.
Project Notifications
In Creative Studio, head to the active project that you’d like to control the notifications for. Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select “Set Project Notifications.” Here you can toggle on the different project notifications you care most about.
We recommend selecting "New Messages" and "Draft Review" to ensure you don't miss anything too important throughout your project.
Daily Digest
When you have projects in the works you'll receive a daily digest email that includes activity that happened the previous day.
To turn it on simply go into the Company page on Creative Studio, and select the Notifications tab, where you can turn on your digest.
