In order for your ad account’s data to appear in Creative Intelligence, we need permission from you first. Each platform has specific permission requirements that enable partner platforms to connect via access token to the platform’s API. With permission, and the access token, we’re able to download performance data or media files from your selected ad account to analyze in Creative Intelligence. 

Note: VidMob will only import the media and performance data for the pages that you have access to. If you don’t have access to one or more of the pages you’d like to connect, you’ll need to add the other users from your organization that have the appropriate access.
