The supported browsers are Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

You can receive three types of creatives: Video, Image, GIF.

Video in .mp4 and .mov formats.

Image in .jpg, .jpeg, and .png formats.

GIF in .gif format

How long does it take for me to receive the first concept of my new project?

You can expect the first concept within 1-2 business days once the brief and assets are finalized.

How many feedback rounds do I have until the final draft is approved?

You can provide up to 3 rounds of feedback before approving the project draft as final. Each round of feedback and the corresponding revisions will add 2-4 business days to the project timeline.

How long does it take for me to receive the first draft of my new project?

You can expect the first draft within 5-7 business days once the brief and assets are finalized.

How many feedback rounds do I have until the final concept is approved?

Can you export the project chat and comments?

You can easily export chat and comments directly from your project using the "Export Chat and Comments" option in the three-dot menu. This allows you to select and export your chat and/or draft comments based on your needs. Please note that only admin users have access to this functionality. Once the export is complete, the CSV file will be available for download through your browser, offering a streamlined way to manage and document conversations and feedback.
